When her father was stationed in Italy for US Air Force training, her father showed her the soccer games in Italy which gave Mia Hamm the love to soccer. When her family moved to Texas, she was only 5 and started playing with boys. From there onwards, she was thriving to be the best soccer player in the world.

She started playing soccer in her sophomore year of high school for the nation team and kept playing on and on and on.
