Early Life and Education
Eric Randolph Close was born on May 24, 1967, in Staten Island, New York.
His father, Dr. Frederick Close, was an orthopedic surgeon, and his mother, Ann, was a homemaker. He has two younger brothers, Daniel and Philip.
Due to his father's profession, the Close family moved frequently.
Theatre actor biography
Eric lived in Indiana and Michigan before eventually settling in San Diego, California, when he was seven years old. From a young age, he exhibited a passion for theater and starred in every school play. Upon graduating high school, he pursued his dreams by enrolling in an acting program.
